1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 399d platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — 399d's website, app, and all related digital services.
• "Account" — each member's individual registered gaming account.
• "Balance" — real money or bonus credits held in an account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional benefit or additional credit offered by 399d.
• "Service" — all games, betting, and entertainment activities conducted on the platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements & Age Limit

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use 399d's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This service is available to those aged 21 and above only.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely of your own choice.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You may hold only one account in your name.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and correct.

3 Account Registration & Security

Membership at 399d is completely free. Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

What to Do at Registration

• Provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Use a strong password and do not share it with any third party.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team immediately.

Account Verification

To ensure security, 399d may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification at any time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in withdrawal suspension or temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

399d supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking channels. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• 399d reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses at 399d are provided under specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, the following conditions automatically apply.

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳16,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus as per the maximum limit — total balance ৳31,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, wagering ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 will make the bonus winnings withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; the bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• 399d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

399d's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through active play. Each tier's cashback benefit is automatically credited to the account every week. 399d's decisions regarding VIP benefits are considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399d platform and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Completing transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Abusing the bonus system or offsetting bets to neutralize risk (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Conducting fraudulent or illegal transactions.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age.

If any of the above activities are proven, 399d reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit all balances without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

399d places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be treated as a source of income.

Member Rights & Protections

• You may request a deposit limit on your account at any time.
• You may apply to voluntarily suspend or close your account temporarily if needed.

10 Platform Downtime & Service Suspension

399d reserves the right to suspend services temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• During technical maintenance or system upgrades.
• In the event of a security emergency.
• When required to fulfill legal obligations.
• In the event of a natural disaster or other force majeure.

In such circumstances, members' legitimate balances will be kept safe and normal operations will resume once service is restored.

11 Dispute Resolution & Contact

For any dispute or complaint, you are encouraged to contact the 399d support team first. We will review all complaints impartially.

399d's final decision is considered binding in all cases. In the event of a legal dispute, both parties will prioritize resolution through discussion.

12 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The member acknowledges that online gaming carries risk and that they are participating entirely at their own responsibility.

• 399d is not liable for any financial loss incurred by a member through gaming.
• 399d is not liable for gameplay disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• 399d's liability for technical errors by third-party game providers is limited.
• The member is fully responsible for the security of their own account.

13 Account Closure & Termination

A member may voluntarily close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email.

Reasons for Account Cancellation

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 7).

In case of account closure for normal reasons, the opportunity to withdraw any pending balance will be provided, however this may not apply in cases of terms violation.

14 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

399d reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The new version published on the platform after any change will be considered effective.

• In the case of significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify the member via email or through the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
• Even if any part of these terms is declared invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.
